Booking terms
Summary of how bookings work. The full contract is available on request.
Annual bookings. Online bookings run for 12 consecutive months from the start month you choose, at the annual rate shown plus VAT. Shorter campaigns are quoted on request.
Payment. Every order comes with an official invoice. Pay by bank transfer to the account on the invoice and upload your proof of payment. A site is assigned to you only when our finance team approves the payment, and we then email your official receipt. Unpaid orders keep their months reserved for 72 hours; once you upload a proof, the reservation is kept while we confirm it.
Artwork. You can upload your artwork or ask Graza Media to design or adapt it. Artwork must meet APCON/ARCON approval rules before it goes up. Installation follows approval.
Renewals. If you choose auto-renew, we invoice the next year in the final month of your booking. You can switch auto-renew off from your account at any time before that invoice is paid.
Cancellations and refunds. Ask your account manager. Refunds for unused months follow the contract agreed for your booking.
Digital boards are shared between advertisers by slot. Fixed boards carry one advertiser at a time.
